The Heritage Shop offers official items from the Rimau 1925 Heritage Series and the Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad 100 Years Commemorative Series, including limited-edition collectibles, autographed memorabilia, and premium commemorative merchandise.

2. Contributions and Donations

All contributions made through rimau1925.com/contribute are voluntary and non-refundable.
By contributing, you acknowledge that:

• Your contribution is made in good faith and without expectation of financial return or ownership.
• Kr8iv Sdn Bhd retains full discretion over the allocation and use of all funds received.

Refunds will not be issued for contributions under any circumstances.

3. Merchandise Purchases

The RIMAU 1925 Heritage Shop, powered by Shopify, offers:

• Official merchandise from the Rimau 1925 Heritage Series.
• Exclusive collectibles from the Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad 100 Years Commemorative Series.
• Limited-edition memorabilia, autographed pieces, and Premium Sets produced in small quantities to commemorate Malaysia’s cultural and historical journey.

All purchases from the Heritage Shop directly support the Rimau 1925 film, the Rimau 1925 Heritage Studio, and related cultural initiatives.

4. Pre-Orders and Batch Fulfilment

Most products offered through the Heritage Shop are pre-orders fulfilled in batch production rounds.

• Each batch is subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). If a specific product does not meet the minimum viable number of confirmed orders, Kr8iv Sdn Bhd reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel that production batch. In such cases, customers will be notified, and alternative options or store credit may be offered.
• Pre-ordered items are fulfilled within 90 days after the closure of each batch order round, depending on production schedules and verification procedures.
• Custom or personalised items, including limited-edition serial numbers or Premium Sets, may require additional processing time.

Certain items also include authentic autographs personally signed by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, which may extend the fulfilment period depending on his availability and scheduling.

5. Auctions, Bidding, and Limited Editions

The Rimau 1925 Heritage Shop occasionally features online auctions for limited-edition or numbered memorabilia, Premium Sets, and collector’s items.

By participating in an auction, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All auctions are conducted online with a live countdown timer to track bids in real time.
2. All bids are final and binding once submitted.
3. Successful bids are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. Limited-edition or serialised products are produced in small, exclusive quantities, and availability cannot be guaranteed once sold out.
5. Certain Premium Sets may combine multiple collectible items into one package and are not eligible for partial returns or exchanges.

Kr8iv Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify bidder eligibility, reject fraudulent bids, or withdraw listings where necessary.

6. Autographs and Endorsement Disclaimer

A limited range of commemorative items are planned to include authentic autographs by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

While every effort will be made to secure his autograph as part of the production process, this is strictly dependent on his personal availability and schedule.

By purchasing or bidding on these items, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The inclusion of an autograph cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
• Should Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad be unable to provide his autograph for any reason, Kr8iv Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.
• The process of obtaining signatures will be conducted respectfully, and no personal or custom autograph requests will be entertained.

Buyers are advised to exercise discretion and understanding in recognition of the circumstances and sensitivity surrounding the individual’s public commitments.

7. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if:

1. The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect; and
2. You contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Returned in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Pre-orders, custom or personalised items, and autographed memorabilia.
• Auction items, Premium Sets, and limited editions.
• Change-of-mind purchases.
• Digital or downloadable products.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Kr8iv Sdn Bhd.

8. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include:
   • Full name
   • Order number
   • Contact information
   • Photographs of the issue
   • A brief explanation

Approved returns will be given full instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If verified as a defect or our error, Kr8iv Sdn Bhd will cover reasonable shipping costs.
• If not approved or not qualifying, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

9. Replacement, Store Credit, or Refunds

Approved cases will be processed as follows:

• Replacement: A new item of the same type shipped after receiving the returned product.
• Store Credit: Issued if a replacement is unavailable or batch is discontinued.
• Refund: Only if neither replacement nor store credit is possible.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact connect@rimau1925.com with photographs of the packaging and item.

Kr8iv Sdn Bhd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit unless shipped using a verified tracking method.

11. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 14–21 business days once stock becomes available.
Pre-orders may take up to 90 days after the closure of each batch order round, depending on production schedules and autograph processing.

Delivery times vary based on location, courier efficiency, and customs procedures.

12. International Orders

For orders outside Malaysia:

• Customs duties, import taxes, and local surcharges are not refundable.
• Return shipping costs for international orders are not covered unless due to a verified defect.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before payment is processed.
Once confirmed or in production, cancellations will not be accepted.

14. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.
Kr8iv Sdn Bhd is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Re-delivery fees may apply for parcels returned by couriers.

15. Force Majeure

Kr8iv Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, transportation issues, customs restrictions, or unforeseen operational challenges.

This includes situations where autograph fulfilment or batch production is delayed due to scheduling, travel constraints, or other uncontrollable factors.
