By contributing to RIMAU 1925: The Birth of the Asian Tiger, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary, non-refundable, and made without any expectation of financial return, equity, ownership, or other benefit. Your contribution supports the creative, production, and heritage development work of RIMAU 1925, including the biopic motion picture, the Rimau 1925 Heritage Studio, and related cultural and educational initiatives managed by Kr8iv Sdn Bhd, a private company incorporated in Malaysia.
Kr8iv Sdn Bhd holds the full, exclusive, and perpetual rights to develop, produce, distribute, and manage all content, materials, and intellectual property associated with RIMAU 1925: The Birth of the Asian Tiger, including the authorised biographical depiction of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and the Rimau 1925 Heritage Studio. All creative, production, and management rights remain solely with Kr8iv Sdn Bhd.
Please note that your contribution is not a tax-deductible donation, as Kr8iv Sdn Bhd is a privately incorporated entity and not a registered charitable organisation.
You understand that Kr8iv Sdn Bhd will have full and exclusive discretion over how all contributions are allocated and used for the purposes of planning, research, film production, post-production, marketing, promotion, publicity, distribution, heritage studio development, and related cultural, heritage, or educational activities associated with the RIMAU 1925 project.
By proceeding, you agree that your contribution is made in good faith, that you have no claim, entitlement, or expectation of reimbursement or profit, and that you release Kr8iv Sdn Bhd, its directors, officers, and affiliates from any present or future claims relating to this contribution.
All contributions are received and managed in Malaysia and are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with any disputes subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
